As Stevensville's largest and longest-running event, we look forward to your participation in this annual celebration. Located in the spacious Lewis and Clark Park, our marketplace provides a safe, family-friendly atmosphere where people can shop for a wide variety of items made by local artists and entrepreneurs in Stevensville and the Bitterroot Valley.

 

Our goal of the marketplace expo during the Creamery Picnic is to keep things fresh for the shoppers by showcasing local and made-in-Montana products.​ Items should be handmade/designed by the vendor and not mass-produced.

One of our vendor options we are proud to have is our Young Entrepreneurs Marketplace. This is where our local artists (under 18 years old) can get a special rate on their space so they can promote and sell their goods to get their teeth wet in the business world. This has proven to be a great success in the past and continues to get bigger and better every year, and honestly, we've been blown away by what some of these kids have to offer. 

 

Finally, our marketplace is also a great opportunity for local non-profit organizations to make a presence in the community and beyond. It's a great chance to increase memberships, raise funds, and even just let the world know you're out there and what you do. With the traffic this event sees over two days, it has also proven to be successful for the organizations that have joined us in the past.

What you can expect:

• Large attendance in a secure, family-friendly atmosphere

• Opportunity for local artists and businesses to be seen by audiences they may not have had previous visibility with

• Young entrepreneurs can market and sell their goods to promote business growth

• ATMs on site for those who can only do cash sales

• 12' W x 12' D vendor space in high-flow traffic areas for great visibility

* If more than one space is required, you will have to register separately. Please note in special requests of registration that you would like adjoining booths​. This is the only special request available

• An event free from political parties and candidates

 

​*We cannot accommodate special requests for booth spaces. Spaces will be arranged so that all vendors receive as equal foot traffic as possible. We want everyone to be successful!
